OfficeWatch users are given substantial billing flexibility, including the ability to easily configure mark-ups and surcharges for Local, Local Toll, In-State, Long Distance and International calls, build custom rate tables and bill various types of calls on a timed basis, including incoming calls.

OfficeWatch supports an unlimited number of account codes and provides comprehensive reporting and invoicing capabilities for each client assigned to an account code. Automatic invoicing on a scheduled basis (daily, weekly or monthly, for example) is also included.

Users may also export call data to 3rd party software programs (such as Excel or Crystal Reports) for added reporting flexibility. In addition, authorized users can create reports and invoices from their own desks with OfficeWatch for the Web or OfficeWatch Enterprise.
